Users are not allowed to upload copyrighted, vulgar or offensive videos onto Clipta.com. Users who have their videos flagged for spam, copyrighted and/or inappropriate videos (the 18+ category may contain videos having mild erotic content but nothing above that) can suffer the following punishments:

• Accounts Suspended: All funds will be frozen and user will not receive ratings nor money for videos uploaded for the duration of the suspension
• Accounts Demoted: The user will be stripped of all ranks/ratings earned. (Usually applies to the forum offenders.)
• Accounts Banned: User's account, e-mail and ip. will be banned from clipta.com any unpaid finances will be lost and all videos deleted from Clipta.

We ask you to be respectful to copyright laws and other fellow users. Refrain from uploading videos which may be deemed offensive. Contact on of our webmasters at help@clipta.com if you wish to report a user, to flag an offensive video, or to report spam and any other issues you may have on Clipta. We strive to become an active and friendly community. No two people are alike and arguments will rise, however, we implore you to be respectful to others and sort out your differences peacefully.
